SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
At The House of Nubian we value every single customer and we take the utmost care with deliveries. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We will not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier. The House of Nubian will not accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
The House of Nubian is proud to provide service to all our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on transaction. It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your county’s customs. The House of Nubian is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country – we ‘d recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot refund purchases due to import/customs charges.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. If you wish to return the parcel please email us for the return address at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using priority shipping for convenience and tracking. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all The House of Nubian’s product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.All items purchased during sales or in the sale section can be return for store credit online. Processing returns for refunds takes about 2-3 business days. Please contact your bank for processing times on their end.All Items that are shipped free when returned for refund will be liable to the applicable shipping fees.
